August 15, 2005 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 21-05 SUBJECT : Suspension of Temporary Operating Procedures Under Revenue Memorandum Order No. 17-2005 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Employees Concerned The transitory provisions of Revenue Memorandum Order No. 17-2005 relative to the temporary operating procedures governing the Large Taxpayers Service are hereby suspended until further notice and the provisions of Revenue Delegation Authority Order No. 03-03 relative to the delegation of authority to approve and sign various accountable forms, notices, permits, reports and other documents processed by the Large Taxpayers Service (LTS), including the Large Taxpayers District Office (LTDO), are hereby reinstated subject to the following: The Deputy Commissioner OIC, Large Taxpayers Service shall submit a monthly report of all accountable forms, notices, permits, reports and documents that LTS has processed under Revenue Delegation Authority Order No. 03-03, with detailed schedules consistent with the records and registers maintained by LTS and LTDO according to existing rules.
