July 13, 1995 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 20-95 TO : All Concerned RE : Delegation of Authority to Sign Contractual Appointments in Line with the Information System Group In view of the streamlining of the organization and operations of the Bureau of Internal Revenue and, consequently the decentralization of its line functions, the Commissioner of Internal Revenue is hereby delegating the authority to sign contractual appointments of the Information Systems Operation Service and Information Systems Development Service to the Deputy Commissioner in charge of the Information System Group.
