November 10, 1971 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 20-71 In relation with Revenue Memorandum Order No. 49-67 on the subject of investigations and verifications of character and moral qualifications, and Administrative Order No. 13-64 on the authority to sign correspondence and papers in this Bureau, it is hereby directed that the abovecited administrative issuances, as well as any other administrative orders, be adhered to strictly. cd Therefore, any authority to sign granted previously by this Office to officials below the department level is hereby revoked and the same shifted to the Revenue Operations Head concerned. In this connection, investigators or their supervisors in administrative cases may be allowed to give notice by telephone to employees and officers who are needed in formal investigations.
