Designation of Mr. Antonio Piñero as Acting Examiner in Revenue District No. 63 (Victorias, Negros Occidental)

April 5, 1967 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 20-67 The exigencies of the revenue service so requiring and pursuant to Section 12 of the National Internal Revenue Code and Section 550 of the Revised Administrative code, Mr. ANTONIO PIERO, Jr. TC-31, is hereby designated Acting Examiner in Rev. Dist. No. 63, Victorias, Northern Negros Occidental, as an exception to Revenue Memorandum Order No. 2-66. This designation shall continue to be in force up to June 30, 1967. This Order takes effect immediately upon approval and the above designation shall be automatically withdrawn upon assignment of the personnel concerned to any other branch or district, or as soon as sufficient examiners and inspectors are assigned in the district concerned in accordance with the staffing pattern of the Bureau of Internal Revenue.
