March 15, 1989 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 19-89 SUBJECT : Amending RMO 4-88, re: Monthly Statistical Report of Revenue Collections TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned In order to compile statistics on tax payments using Tax Credit Certificate (TCC) and to monitor regional/RDO collections using this mode of payment, a portion of the Revenue Collection Officers' Monthly Statistical Collection Report (BIR Form 12.08) and Consolidated Monthly Statistical Report (BIR Form 12.09) is hereby revised, as: under TOTAL GROSS COLLECTIONS, PART I, and BY KIND OF TAX, PART II (see attachment). aisa dc FROM : : THIS MONTH : SAME MONTH LAST YEAR : INCREASE (DECREASE) : : TO : : CASH : TAX DEBIT MEMO : TOTAL This Order shall take effect immediately.
