July 31, 1987 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 19-87 SUBJECT : Amendment of Revenue Memorandum Order No. 10-87 Dated May 25, 1987 to Designate Deputy Commissioner Eufracio D. Santos as a Countersigning Official on All Treasury Warrants and Commercial Checks Issued by the Bureau of Internal Revenue In order not to disrupt the issuance and release of treasury warrants and commercial checks drawn by the Bureau of Internal Revenue, Deputy Commissioner Eufracio D. Santos is designated to countersign these negotiable instruments in addition to the Revenue Service Chief and Assistant Revenue Service Chief of the Personnel and Administrative Service. This designation is necessary in view of the pending reorganization of the Bureau pursuant to Executive Order No. 127 and the impending retirement of the incumbent Revenue Service Chief and Assistant Revenue Service Chiefs of the Personnel and Administrative Service.
