May 28, 1976 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 19-76 TO : All Members of the Rank and File in the Central Office and in Revenue Region Nos. 4-A (Manila) and 4-B (Quezon City), Except Those Assigned in Revenue District Office Nos. 26 (Romblon), 27 (Palawan), and 36 (Cavite) SUBJECT : Attendance at the Opening Ceremonies of the Orientation Program for the Rank and File Pursuant to Letter of Instruction No. 317, establishing more extensive and intensive service-wide continuing programs of employee development at all levels, and in line with the Career Development Program of this Bureau, an orientation course series will be conducted for the rank and file starting on June 7, 1976, for the first group, and every week thereafter for the succeeding groups. In this connection, an opening ceremonies for all participants to this course will be held at 3:00 p.m., on Saturday, June 5, 1976, at the Philamlife Auditorium on United Nations Avenue. Honorable Jacobo C. Clave, Acting Chairman, Civil Service Commission will be the guest speaker. cdt For this purpose, all rank-and-file employees in the Central Office and in Revenue Region Nos. 4-A (Manila) and 4-B (Quezon City), are hereby required to attend the said opening ceremonies, and to be at the Philamlife Auditorium starting at 1:00 p.m., for registration purposes. Rank-and-file employees are those in the lower echelons who are neither holding supervisory items nor performing supervisory functions. Strict compliance herewith is desired. EFREN I.
