September 23, 1971 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 19-71 SUBJECT : Amendment to Revenue Memorandum Circular No 10-66 dated February 29, 1966, Relative to the Submission of Monthly Reports of Activities and Accomplishments In view of the assignment of Mr. GENARO LUALHATI of the Project Directors Group to take charge of preparing the Bureau's Annual Report, the preparation of the regular monthly accomplishment reports of the Bureau as required under Revenue Memorandum Circular No. 10-66 is likewise assigned to him considering that the contents of said monthly reports shall ultimately become part of the annual report to be prepared at the end of each fiscal period. All department heads, regional directors, division chiefs and others concerned are therefore instructed to send their monthly report direct to the Office of the Assistant to the Commissioner, Attention: Mr. GENARO LUALHATI, Project Directors Group, Finance Building, Manila. These reports should reach the National Office on or before the 4th of every month as required in the Circular stated above. aisa dc Strict compliance to this Order is enjoined.
