April 9, 1975 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 18-75 In view of the desire of the New Society to extend every possible benefit to the veterans of World War II which are granted them under existing laws, Presidential Decrees and Letters of Instructions, and considering that we have in this Bureau employees who are veterans of the last War, there is hereby created a staff, to be known as the Veterans Assistance Staff, with the following membership: cdt Vicente A. Sanchez Chairman Genaro C. Lualhati Vice-chairman Honorio K. Guerrero Member Filemon O. Guiang Member Jorge N. Tanghal Member The Staff will act on all requests for assistance from employee-veterans of this Bureau in the acquisition of their rights and grant of privileges and benefits under existing laws, Presidential Decrees and Letter of Instructions, so that these requests may be facilitated. In order to insure involvement of these veterans in the national development efforts, the Staff will receive recommendations from employee-veterans on production, development, and other civic action projects they may desire to undertake and will advise the Commissioner on feasibility studies that may be undertaken in connection therewith.
