May 21, 1969 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 18-69 SUBJECT : Designation of Mr. Bernardo Carpio as Acting Deputy Commissioner of Internal Revenue TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned It is hereby announced that Mr. Bernardo Carpio has been designated by order of His Excellency, the President of the Philippines as Acting Deputy Commissioner of Internal Revenue during the absence, and until the return from abroad, of either Deputy Commissioner Ambrosio M. Lina or Deputy Commissioner Conrado P. Diaz. The provisions of this Memorandum Order shall become effective immediately. prcd All those concerned should be guided accordingly. MISAEL P. Lina or Deputy Commissioner Conrado P. Diaz. Under this designation, you are authorized to receive additional compensation corresponding to the difference between the salary provided for the position of Deputy Commissioner of Internal Revenue and your salary as Head, Specific Tax Department, Bureau of Internal Revenue, subject to the availability of funds. By virtue hereof, you may qualify and enter upon the performance of the duties of the office, furnishing this Office and the Civil Service Commission with copies of your oath.
