April 26, 1977 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 17-77 SUBJECT : Amending Revenue Memorandum Order No. 65-75, as Amended, the Subject Matter of which is the Designation of Officials Authorized to Sign Correspondence and Papers in the Bureau and Defining the Flow of Papers and Correspondence TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees, and Others Concerned Pursuant to the provisions of subparagraph I-3 of Revenue Memorandum Order No. 65-75 which prescribes the correspondence that can be signed or initialed by the Assistant Commissioners, Assistant Commissioner Lauro D. Abrahan is hereby delegated the authority to sign all correspondence sent to regional directors, the subject matter of which is authority to immediately report for duty of BIR personnel whose recruitment appointments have been signed by the undersigned while said appointments are pending attestation by the Commissioner of Civil Service.
