April 21, 1976 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 17-76 In accordance with the provisions of Section 16 of the National Internal Revenue Code, Miss Maxima Castro and Mrs. Venus Alumbres, Tax Clearance Processor I and Tax Clearance Processor II, respectively, are hereby designated special deputies to the Commissioner for the purpose of administering oath in matters concerning applications for tax clearance certificates for going abroad. In signing any jurat to oaths, Miss Castro and Mrs. Alumbres will use the following title: cdt "Special Deputy authorized to administer oath" CONRADO P. DIAZ Acting Commissioner of Internal Revenue
