April 22, 1977 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 16-77 SUBJECT : Amending Revenue Memorandum Order No. 65-75 as Amended by Revenue Memorandum Order Nos. 11-76 and 44-76, Designating the Officials Authorized to Sign Correspondence and Papers in the Bureau of Internal Revenue and Defining the Flow of Papers and Correspondence TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Employees and Others Concerned I. In order to expedite action on certain correspondence and papers and to reduce the work load in certain offices especially on matters which are voluminous yet routinary in nature, the following amendment to the said Memorandum Order it hereby promulgated for the guidance of those concerned: A. Deputy Commissioner of Internal Revenue . All correspondence on the approval, denial, or amendment regarding Private Retirement Plan under Republic Act 4917. II.
