April 28, 1969 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 16-69 In order to effectively implement the pertinent provisions of Republic Act No. 5203 on the service and execution of warrants of distraint and of levy, the following personnel in the collection branches of the revenue regions indicated are hereby designated Acting Revenue Seizure Agents, in addition to their present duties as an exception to Revenue Memorandum Order No. 2-66: cd Revenue Region No. 7 (North Manila) 1. Andres Medrano 14. Rufina Caballero 7. Ceferino Albino 15. Victoria Azarcon 8. Teodoro Castro Revenue Region No. 8 (South Manila) 1. Patria Pa. Alarkon 7. Maximino O. Macaroy 2. Arturo M. Bautista 8. ALARKON and eleven (11) other employees of the Revenue Region No. 8 in that Bureau, as Acting Revenue Seizure Agents, in addition to their present duties, pursuant to Section 12 of the National Internal Revenue Code, series of 1964 . cdt EDUARDO Z.
