January 5, 1990 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 15-90 SUBJECT : Declaring BIR Form 1601 (Franchise Tax Return) Obsolete TO : All Revenue Officers and Others Concerned In view of the revision of BIR Form 2529A-Q per RMO 47-89 dated November 20, 1989, which affected and covered among others Section 117 (Tax on Franchises) up to Section 120 of Title V, Other Percentage Taxes of the National Internal Revenue Code, BIR Form 1601 (Franchise Tax Return) is hereby declared obsolete.
