April 14, 1977 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 15-77 SUBJECT : Amendment to Revenue Memorandum Order No. 5-77 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned In order to facilitate the payment of specific taxes through the Revenue Tax Receipt (RTR) System, the following additional provisions are hereby inserted in the said Revenue Memorandum Order under Section IV-A-2. i) In the preparation of the Authority To Issue Revenue Tax Receipt for the payment of Specific Taxes, the issuing officer shall indicate in the authority the bank where the taxpayer wants to pay the specific taxes. j) The Receivable Accounts Division and all other issuing office of Revenue Tax Receipts who will receive the Authority To Issue Revenue Tax Receipt/for payment of specific taxes shall see to it that the bank indicated in the authority which is the choice of the taxpayer shall be followed.
