March 10, 1969 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 15-69 SUBJECT : Amending Paragraph 5 and 6, Part II, Revenue Memorandum Order No. 64-65 Dated October 25, 1965, Requiring Revenue Collectors for Manila and Nearby Cities and Municipalities to Submit to the Data Processing Center Every Monday the Originals of Revenue Official Receipts (BIR Form No. 25.24) issued from Friday thru Thursday of the Preceding Week TO : Regional Directors and Chief of Collection Branches, Revenue Region No. 6, 7, 8; Chief, Data Processing Center, and Others Concerned To provide the Data Processing Center with immediate data on collection for Manila and nearby cities and municipalities, Paragraphs 5 and 6, Part II, Revenue Memorandum Order No. 64-65 dated October 25, 1965, are hereby amended to read as follows: "The Revenue Collectors for North and South Manila, Quezon, Pasay and Caloocan Cities, Makati, Paraaque, Pasig, Mandaluyong, Las Pias, San Juan, Marikina, Navotas, Malabon, Muntinlupa (Rizal) and Valenzuela (Bulacan) shall submit direct to the Data Processing Center every Monday the originals of revenue official receipts issued from Friday thru Thursday of the preceding week, properly bound or sewn together (not merely clipped) in numerical order of not more than fifty (50) receipts per batch. Revenue official receipts issued on the twenty-fifth (25th) day of the month [except in June when the collection period extends to, and includes, the thirtieth (30th) day] shall be submitted within two (2) days after issuance."
