May 22, 1986 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 14-86 SUBJECT : Submission of Copies of Income Tax Returns Filed by Revenue Personnel to the Fiscal Control Division for Verification of Tax Liabilities, if Any, as Mandated by RAO No. 7-84 Dated April 26, 1984 TO : All Revenue Regional Directors and Others Concerned The submission of copies of the income tax returns of all revenue employees to the Fiscal Control Division has been prescribed under RMO No. 39-84 dated October 31, 1984; however, strict compliance therewith as to the faithful transmittal of such copies of the income tax returns have not been observed. In order that a systematic segregation of income tax returns by fixed and mixed incomes could be achieved, and also to readily ascertain compliance by all concerned as to the filing of such income tax returns, it is hereby strictly enjoined on all Regional Directors concerned to promptly transmit copies of the income tax returns of all revenue employees within sixty (60) days after April 15 of every year so that an audit/examination thereof could be conducted within the least delay. cd Failure on the part of those concerned revenue officials to comply with the instruction herewith shall make them liable to disciplinary action.
