March 5, 1976 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 14-76 TO : All Revenue Service Chiefs, Division Chiefs, and the Revenue Regional Directors, Branch Chiefs and Revenue District Officers of Revenue Region Nos. 4-A (Manila) and 4-B (Quezon City) SUBJECT : Orientation Course for the Rank and File Pursuant to the Letter of Instructions No. 317 directing all government agencies to expand and intensify service-wide training activities throughout the government, and in implementation of the approved Integrated Staff Development Plan of this Bureau, as submitted to the Civil Service Commission, a series of orientation courses will be conducted by the Career Development Division for the benefit of the rank and file. For this purpose, you are hereby directed to list the names of all revenue employees below the rank of supervisors under your respective jurisdiction. For purposes of priority training, submit in a separate list the following rank-and-file employees: 1. Those who are new employees; 2. Those who had never attended an Orientation Course for new employees. Submit the names to the Career Development Division within seven (7) days upon receipt of this Order. Please comply accordingly.
