February 11, 1975 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 14-75 SUBJECT : Prescribing the Wearing of a New Set of Uniform by All Lady Officials and Employees of the Bureau of Internal Revenue TO : All Lady Officials and Employees and Others Concerned In connection with the issuance of a new set of uniform to the lady officials and employees of this Bureau, the same is hereby described as follows: NATURE OF UNIFORM 1. Female Executives . They shall include Revenue Operations Heads, Assistant Revenue Operations Heads, Chiefs and Assistant Chiefs of Divisions, Chiefs of Branches and Revenue District Officers. a) Uniform Three pieces tunic, skirt and blouse 1. Jumper Tunic, peacock blue material Length of tunic, below buttocks and A-Line skirt (knee length); 2. Blouse long sleeves (polka dot); Other blouse, optional 3. Style As per design attached. b) All women executives are required to wear stockings. 2. All lady employees not mentioned above : a) Uniform Shift dress with blazer b) Material Double knit polyester c) Color peacock blue for dress and blue "rayado" for blazer d) Length knee length e) Sleeves Mini sleeves for shirt and long sleeves for blazer f) Style As per design attached. g) Scarf Optional Strict compliance with the above requirements by all officials and employees of the Bureau is hereby enjoined. All supervisors from Revenue Operations Heads and Regional Directors down to Revenue District Officers are hereby held responsible for the proper observance by their respective subordinates of the provisions of this Revenue Memorandum Order. Repeated violations thereof shall be reported to this Office. This Order shall take effect on April 1, 1975. MISAEL P.
