February 17, 1990 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 13-90 SUBJECT : Implementation of Modified Disbursement System Pursuant to Memorandum Order No. 276 of the President of the Philippines Dated January 12, 1990 Prescribing the Modification of the Government's Disbursement System TO : The Assistant Commissioners (Financial), (Administrative), The Chiefs, Disbursement Accounting Division and General Services Division, and Others Concerned In accordance with the unnumbered Joint Circular of the department of Finance and the Department of Budget and Management, the following revenue officials are designated to sign and countersign commercial checks: cd SIGNING OFFICIAL Chief, General Services Division OR Asst. Chief, General Services Division Chief, Disbursement & Bonding Section, General Services Division for amount from P5,000.01 to P10,000.00 Asst. Chief, Disbursement & Bonding Section, General Services Division for amounts from P1.00 to P5,000.00 COUNTERSIGNING OFFICIAL Assistant Commissioner (Administrative) OR Head Revenue Executive Assistant (Administrative) Chief, General Services Division OR Asst.
