May 22, 1981 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 13-81 SUBJECT : Increased Travel Expenses of BIR Officials and Employees TO : All Revenue Officials and Employees Concerned To cushion the impact of recent increases in the cost of gasoline and transportation and to make more realistic the existing rates of travel expenses not covered by COA General Circular No. 127 within the limitation of the present budget, the maximum amount of transportation and gasoline expenses heretofore allowed to revenue officials and employees under Revenue Memorandum Order No. 11-80 dated February 27, 1980 is hereby increased by P50. casia This Revenue Memorandum Order shall take effect June 1, 1981.
