March 8, 1977 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 13-77 SUBJECT : Amending Revenue Memorandum Order No. 65-75, as Amended, Designating the Deputy Commissioner of Internal Revenue to Accept Resignations of Supportive Personnel and Sign the Transmittal Thereof to the Civil Service Commission TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned I. In order to expedite action on certain correspondence and papers so as to reduce the work load of the Commissioner of Internal Revenue, especially of matters which are voluminous and routinary in nature, the following amendments to the said Revenue Memorandum Order are hereby promulgated for the guidance of all concerned. cdta A. Deputy Commissioner of Internal Revenue 1. Acceptance of resignations of supportive personnel below Section Chief level in the Central Office and Chiefs of Branches in the Regional Offices. 2.
