February 27, 1976 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 13-76 The exigencies of the revenue service so requiring and in order to relegate functions not properly belonging to the Disbursement and Bonding Section, Mrs. Ceres N. Guevara in addition to her assignment as Chief, Maintenance and Repair Section, General Services Division, is hereby designated as Teller who shall receive payments classified as non-income, such as cost of materials for printing of regular and auxiliary labels for wines and distilled spirits, reimbursement of over-payment by the bureau to its creditors and salaries of its employees, payment for the cost of accountable properties lost or unaccounted for, etc. Mrs. Guevara shall be accountable for her collections and she shall be subject to accounting and auditing rules and regulations and as such shall be bonded.
