April 18, 1972 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 13-72 SUBJECT : Creation of a Committee to Supervise the Destruction of Locally Printed Internal Revenue Regular and Auxiliary Labels for Distilled Spirits, Imitation Wines, Compounded Taxpaid Liquors, Denatured Alcohol, Repacked Taxpaid Liquor and Repacked Denatured Alcohol A committee is hereby created to supervise the destruction of the stocks of locally printed internal revenue regular and auxiliary labels for distilled spirits, compounded taxpaid liquors, imitation wines, denatured alcohol, repacked taxpaid liquor and repacked denatured alcohol. cd The Committee shall be composed of the following: Chairman Revenue Operations Head (Specific Tax) or his authorized representative Member Chief, Alcohol Tax Division or his authorized representative Member Chief, Laboratory Center or his authorized representative.
