Seminar on Republic Act 5203

March 10, 1970 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 13-70 SUBJECT : Seminar on Republic Act 5203 The following employees of Revenue District No. 36, South Manila, are required to attend a one-day seminar on the proper implementation of Republic Act 5203 to be conducted on March 14, 1970, from 8 to 12 A.M. and 1 to 5 P.M. in the District office, Revenue, District No. 36, South Manila, 2nd Floor, Phoenix Building Intramuros, Manila. II The attendance of each participant in this seminar will constitute a part of his/her personnel service records consistent with the Memorandum Circular of the Commissioner of Civil Service dated September 10, 1958, approved by the Office of the President. Accordingly, the name of the participants shall be furnished the Commissioner of Civil Service. All officials and supervisors concerned are hereby enjoined to notify and direct the participants to report to the designated place of the seminar on the schedule date and provide necessary arrangements to insure the success of the seminar.
