May 21, 1981 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 12-81 SUBJECT : Submission of Daily Operations Report for Cigarette Factories TO : All Zones-in-Charge and Revenue Inspectors (Manufactured Tobacco Tax Division) Performing On-Premises Duties at Cigarette Factories For a continuing statistical study and data evaluation purposes, all Zones-in-Charge and Revenue Inspectors of the Manufactured Tobacco Tax Division assigned to supervise the operations of all cigarette factories under the direct jurisdiction of the National Office are hereby directed to accomplish and submit to the undersigned a daily operations report for the establishment where they are assigned for on-premises duties. cd A facsimile of the daily operations report herein required to be accomplished and submitted is hereto attached for the guidance of all concerned. Any revenue officer who fails to comply with this revenue memorandum order or willfully misrepresents any data to be indicated in the daily operations report as herein required shall be subject to such disciplinary action or severe administrative sanction as the circumstances may warrant pursuant to Letter of Instruction No. 204. The daily operations report shall be accomplished in quadruplicate and submitted to the following offices not later than the close of business of the following working day: cd i Original - Office of the Commissioner Duplicate - Specific Tax Office Triplicate - Manufactured Tobacco Tax Division Quadruplicate - Cigarette Factory's copy This Order takes effect immediately.
