January 30, 1975 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 12-75 Pursuant to the provisions of Letter of Instructions No. 204, and the exigencies of the revenue service so requiring the following personnel are hereby designated as Acting Revenue Examiner in Revenue District No. 87, Dipolog City: 1. Pedro D. Zorilla Revenue Inspector I 2. Concepcion E. Go Cash Clerk 3. Lino P. Amor Clerk I As Acting Examiner, they are authorized to conduct investigations in the said revenue district only. cd This Order takes effect immediately and the designations shall continue to be in force and in effect while they are assigned in Revenue District No. 87.
