March 2, 1970 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 12-70 SUBJECT : Designation of the representative of the Bureau of Internal Revenue in the Real Property Valuation Committee In accordance with the provisions of Department Order No. 9-70 dated February 9, 1970 wherein the Bureau of Internal Revenue is to be represented in the Real Property Valuation Committee created under Section 91 of the National Internal Revenue Code, as amended by Republic Act 6110, Mr. LEOPOLDO J. GONZALES of the International Tax Affairs Staff, is hereby designated as the representative of the Bureau of Internal Revenue. In case of his absence or failure to attend meetings of the Committee, Mr. Atilano Gozum, Asst. Chief, Income Tax Division, is hereby designated as his alternate. The provisions of this memorandum order shall become effective upon approval. cd MISAEL P.
