May 2, 2001 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 12-01 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Employees SUBJECT : Amending certain provisions of RMO No. 22-2000 Prescribing the Policies, Guidelines and Procedures for the Stop Filer Capability Rollout for Computerized RDO IV. Procedures 2. Hard Launch A. Revenue Data Center (RDC) 1. CONE shall: a. Generate at the end of the 10th day after each tax deadline a listing of all Stopfilers identified in the Top 1000 Taxpayers listings for priority processing by each RDO in Metro Manila and RDO's outside Metro Manila in accordance with their RDO classification. V. Repealing Clause All other issuance and/or portions thereof inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed and amended accordingly. VI. Effectivity This order takes effect immediately. (SGD.) RENE G.
