April 1, 1991 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 11-91 SUBJECT : Adjustment of Transportation Allowance of Fieldmen TO : All Internal Revenue Officers Concerned Due to the recent increase in the price of gasoline and cost of transportation, it has become difficult for BIR officers and employees who are performing field work to cope with their duties and responsibilities. In view thereof, the reimbursable transportation allowances of revenue enforcement officers, collection officers and other personnel as prescribed under RMO No. 11-80 dated February 27, 1980 as last amended by RMO No. 57-89 dated December 18, 1989 are hereby adjusted as follows: Present New Rate Rate P280 P390 310 430 320 450 360 500 380 530 420 590 470 660 570 800 The foregoing monthly rates shall take effect April 1, 1991, subject to availability of funds. aisa dc (SGD.)
