March 6, 1979 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 11-79 To formulate and coordinate policies regarding the operation of the new computer, there is hereby constituted an EDP Steering Council composed of the Commissioner of Internal Revenue as Chairman, and the Deputy Commissioner of Internal Revenue, the two Assistant Commissioners, Mr. Leonardo Cabaero, Mr. Melchor Masakayan and Mrs. Paz Suarez as members. The EDP Steering Council shall be responsible for the formulation and coordination of plans, programs and strategies for the maximum utilization and effective use of the new computer and the determination of BIR operations that can be processed by it and the establishment of priorities for these operations. Revenue Memorandum Order No. 44-75 dated July 26, 1975 and all previous orders, circulars or portions thereof which are inconsistent herewith are hereby revoked. cdt This Order takes effect immediately.
