March 28, 1978 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 11-78 SUBJECT : Amending further Revenue Memorandum Order No. 65-75 TO : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and Others Concerned In order to expedite action on correspondence and papers specially on matters which are voluminous and routinary in nature, the following amendment to Revenue Memorandum Order No. 65-75, as amended, is hereby promulgated for the guidance of all concerned: 1. Scope . Section (F) - Administrative Service - is hereby amended by adding sub-paragraph (5) to the correspondences prepared for the signature of Assistant Commissioner Lauro D. Abrahan. "5. Revenue Memorandum Circular, the subject matter of which is loss of revenue official receipts or revenue tax receipts to be signed in the following manner: EFREN I. PLANA Acting Commissioner of Internal Revenue By: LAURO D. ABRAHAN Assistant Commissioner TAN-A1658-L1117-A-7 2. Effectivity . The provisions of this Revenue Memorandum Order are effective immediately and all those concerned are enjoined to follow strictly the provisions thereof. EFREN I.
