February 16, 1976 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 11-76 SUBJECT : Amending Revenue Memorandum Order No. 65-75, Designating the Officials Authorized to Sign Correspondence and Papers in the Bureau of Internal Revenue and Defining the Flow of Papers and Correspondence 1. In order to expedite action on certain correspondence and papers and so as to reduce the workload in the Office of the Deputy Commissioner, especially of matters which are voluminous yet routinary in nature, the following correspondence and papers which under Revenue Memorandum Order No. 65-75, dated November 28, 1975, are for the signature or approval of the Deputy Commissioner shall henceforth be signed or approved by the revenue officials as indicated below: a. Assistant Commissioner Lauro D . Abrahan 1) Certification of clearance from accountability required under Revenue Memorandum Order No. 58-75, dated October 27, 1975; 2) Itinerary of travel within the Philippines and the corresponding travel expense voucher; 3) Reports of investigation on non-resident Filipino citizens and non-resident aliens deriving income from Philippine sources, letters of demand and other minor correspondence from the International Operations Division; and 4) General vouchers. b. Assistant Commissioner Bernardo D . Carpio 1) Applications for leave of absence; 2) Applications for retirement; 3) Payments under the Workmen's Compensation Act; 4) Requests for extension of time to file income tax returns and inventories; 5) Permits to use loose-leaf invoices, journals, ledgers and other subsidiary records; 6) Permits to use cash register and metering machines; 7) Grant of permission to teach; and 8) Requests to the Secretary of Labor to designate referee to divide credits due a deceased employee. 2.
