May 25, 1987 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 10-87 SUBJECT : Implementation of a New Disbursement Scheme Pursuant to Memorandum Order No. 12 of the Department of Budget and Management Dated June 10, 1986 Directing the Improvement of the Cash Disbursement Operations of the Government Thru the Agency Treasury Warrant Funding Scheme TO : The Assistant Commissioners (Financial), (Personnel and Administrative), the Chiefs, Disbursement Accounting Division and General Services Division, and Others Concerned In accordance with the unnumbered Joint Circular of the Commission on Audit, Department of Budget and Management, and the Department of Finance, the following revenue officials are designated to sign and countersign commercial checks: Signing Official Countersigning Official Chief, General Services Division Assistant Commissioner (Personnel & Administrative) OR Asst. Chief, General Services Asst. Revenue Service Chief Division (Personnel & Administrative) Chief, Disbursement & Bonding Asst. Revenue Service Chief Section, General Services Div. for (Personnel & Administrative) amounts from P5,000.01 to P10,000.00 OR Asst. Chief, Disbursement & Bonding Chief, General Services Section, General Services Div. for Division amounts from P1.00 to P5,000.00 This Order amends Revenue Memorandum Order No. 19-82 dated June 9, 1982, and shall take effect on January 1, 1987.
