April 1, 1985 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 10-85 SUBJECT : Amendment of Revenue Memorandum Order No. 37-83 Dated October 21, 1983, Regarding Creation of Ad Hoc Group to Assume Functions of the Taxpayer's Complaint Unit TO : All Internal Revenue Officials and Others Concerned Revenue Memorandum Order No. 37-83, dated October 21, 1983, is hereby amended insofar as the Head of the Taxpayer's Complaint Unit (Ad Hoc Group) is concerned in order that the functions of the Unit could be better supervised and effectively carried out. The head of the unit is the Assistant Chief, Internal Security Division instead of the Assistant Chief, Personnel Inquiry Division, with two (2) Internal Security Officers of the Division on a rotation basis as members. The functions of the Unit as delineated in the said Revenue Memorandum Order remain the same. All existing orders, circulars and issuances or portions inconsistent herewith are deemed revoked and/or repealed. This Order takes effect immediately. (SGD.) TOMAS C. TOLEDO Acting Commissioner
