April 28, 1981 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 10-81 SUBJECT : Revised Ceiling in the Procurement of supplies and Materials, Equipment and Repair of Office Equipment and Motor Vehicles by Regional Offices TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned To further decentralize the administrative operations, the authority heretofore granted to regional directors in the procurement of supplies and materials as well as services for repair of office equipment and motor vehicles is hereby increased to P30,000 per quarter. cd i Except the supply requirements of Revenue Region Nos. 3-B, 4-A and 4-B which shall be procured thru the Procurement Service of the Ministry of the Budget, all requirements of regional offices for common-use supplies and services shall be requisitioned directly with the suppliers or contractors concerned chargeable against the funds released to the regional offices. cd This Revenue Memorandum Order shall take effect immediately.
