March 14, 1978 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 10-78 In connection with the request for adjustment of the contract price by Chemicraft Finishing Corporation on its job undertaken in the installation of aluminum frames and glasses in the BIR National Office Building, a committee is hereby created composed of the following, to wit: cd 1. Asst. Commissioner Lauro D. Abrahan Chairman 2. Mrs. Imelda Reyes Member 3. Mr. Antonio Avecilla Member 4. Mrs. Rosalina Hebreo Member 5. Mr. Silvestre M. Torres, Jr. Member charged with the function of adjudicating the said claim. The Chairman is hereby authorized to call on anybody to assist or give testimony or documents, records or information needed and relevant in the settlement of the same. cdt In view of the desire of Mrs. Talavera, the claimant for and in behalf of the Chemicraft Finishing Corporation to leave for abroad to join her family and for a much needed medical treatment, it is requested that action be taken immediately.
