June 22, 1971 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 10-71 SUBJECT : Amending Paragraph I(b) of Revenue Memorandum Order No. 5-71 dated March 19, 1971. TO : All Revenue Officials and Others Concerned: In view of a resolution presented by the participants in the Workshop Seminar on Supply Management conducted by this Bureau last May 31 to June 11, 1971 to amend the provisions of paragraph I(b) of Revenue Memorandum Order No. 5-71 dated March 19, 1971, the said paragraph is hereby amended, to read as follows: "I(b) All approved requisitions must be sent to the Chief, Property Division by the requisitioning office concerned. Each head of office shall designate and authorize one (1) permanent employee to deliver and pick-up the supplies or materials requisitioned. The letter of authorization shall bear the sample signature and a passport size photograph of the employee concerned and shall be kept on file in the Property Division for ready reference. In addition, the said designated employee shall present his identification card to the Chief, Property Division for proper identification whenever he acknowledges receipt of supplies and materials." aisa dc All concerned are hereby enjoined to be guided accordingly.
