March 21, 1969 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 10-69 The exigencies of the revenue service so requiring, and in view of the redistricting of the Bureau of Internal Revenue thereby creating a shortage of manpower in the assessment group in the newly created revenue districts, Mr. GABINO KATANGKATANG is hereby designated Acting Examiner in Revenue Region No. 12, Tacloban City, to provisionally perform the duties as such up to June 30, 1969.
