February 20, 1962 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 10-62 TO : All Department Heads, Division Chiefs, Regional Directors and Others Concerned In view of my assumption of duties as Acting Commissioner of Internal Revenue, as of this date, all papers and correspondence for the signature of the Commissioner of Internal Revenue as prescribed under Memorandum Order No. V-862 dated September 8, 1958 should be prepared for the signature of the undersigned in the following manner: BENEDICTO PADILLA Acting Commissioner of Internal Revenue (SGD.)
