March 29, 1985 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 09-85 SUBJECT : Designation of DCIR Toledo as Acting Commissioner of Internal Revenue TO : All Revenue Service Chiefs, Regional Directors, Division Chiefs, and All Other BIR Officials & Employees During the absence of the undersigned while on official mission abroad, Deputy Commissioner Tomas C. Toledo is hereby designated Acting Commissioner of Internal Revenue. cdt Accordingly, all papers, reports and correspondence submitted to the Commissioner for signature or approval shall be prepared for the signature or approval of Acting Commissioner Tomas C.
