February 18, 1977 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 09-77 SUBJECT : Filing of Income Tax Returns for the Year 1976 TO : All Officials and Employees of the Bureau of Internal Revenue In view of our campaign urging the public to avoid the rush by filing their income tax returns early, all BIR officials and employees should lead by example. For this reasons, all personnel shall observe the following deadlines for the filing of their own income tax returns for the year 1976. 1. All personnel who are required to file on or before March 15, should file their returns not later than March 1, 1977. 2. Those who are required to file on or before April 15, should file not later than April 1, 1977. Strict compliance herewith is hereby enjoined. aisa dc EFREN I.
