February 26, 1973 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 09-73 (Amending Revenue Memorandum Order No. 8-73) Revenue Memorandum Order No. 8-73 setting up an in-service program in connection with the proposed establishment of the Radio Communications Network by the Bureau of Internal Revenue is hereby amended by including the following personnel as participants in addition to the fifty-six (56) participants listed in the abovementioned memorandum order: 1.
