May 6, 1971 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 09-71 SUBJECT : Tax Clearance of Physicians, Dentists, Veterinarians, Optometrists, Nurses, Pharmacists and Allied Professionals TO : Tax Accounts Division In accordance with established procedures you are requested to course all applications for tax clearance of physicians, dentists, veterinarians, optometrists, pharmacists, nurses, midwives, chemists, dietitians, medical technologists and allied professionals thru the Narcotic Drugs Division. cdt Before tax clearance is issued to any of the foregoing taxpayers, please insure that this requirement is duly complied with.
