March 9, 2005 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 09-05 SUBJECT : Amendments on Revenue Memorandum Order (RMO) 18-98 dated February 23, 1998 TO : All Concerned BIR Officials I. SCOPE This RMO amends the Process Ownerships of the different systems/modules under Integrated Tax System (ITS) in its shift into "enhanced" Integrated Tax System (eITS). All functions and activities performed by these systems/modules shall be transferred permanently to the designated Services of the Bureau which shall include these activities in their Statement of Functions. IEDHAT II. OBJECTIVES 1. To identify Process Ownerships of applications relative to the enhancements of ITS and eITS; and 2. To achieve the goals of the Project in a more coordinated manner; III. PROJECT SPONSORSHIP/OWNERSHIP 1. Registration System Taxpayer Assistance Service (REG) 2. Returns Processing System (RPS) Assessment Service (Lead) Taxpayer Assistance Service 3. Collection and Bank Reconciliation Collection Service (CBR) 4. Account Receivable System (ARS) Collection Service 5. Returns Compliance System (RCS) Collection Service (Lead) Assessment Service 6. Case Monitoring System (CMS) Assessment Service (Lead) Collection Service 7. Taxpayer Accounting System (TAS) Assessment Service Collection Service 8. Tax Reconciliation System (TRS) Collection Service 9. Tax Credits and Refunds System Assessment Service (Lead) (TCR) Collection Service 10. Audit System (AUD) Assessment Service 11. National Office Management Policy and Planning Service Information System (NO-MIS) (Lead) Assessment Service 12. Accountable Forms System (AFS) Financial and Administrative Service 13. Electronic New Government Financial and Administrative Accounting System (eNGAS) Service 14. Human Resource Information Human Resource Development System (HRIS) Service IV.
