Prescribing the use of a supplemental report on Documentary Stamps to the Consolidated Monthly Statistical Report of Revenue Collections (BIR Form No. 1209)

March 22, 1996 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 08-96 SUBJECT : Prescribing the use of a supplemental report on Documentary Stamps to the Consolidated Monthly Statistical Report of Revenue Collections (BIR Form No. 1209) TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned To facilitate proper identification and monitoring of incremental revenue from Documentary Stamps and with the issuance of RMO 2-96 detailing its various Alphanumeric Tax Codes (ATCs) as provided in RA 7660 and Excise Taxes, you are hereby ordered to append a supplemental report to BIR Form No. 1209. This supplemental report will refer to Schedule 6 Others of BIR Form No. 1209 as shown in Annex A. BIR Form No. 1209 is prepared by the Revenue District Offices and should be transmitted to the Revenue Accounting Division (RAD) thru the Regional Director not later than the tenth working days of each month .
