February 8, 1994 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 08-94 SUBJECT : Delegation of Authority to Sign Warrants of Distraint, Levy and/or Garnishment TO : DCIR (Operations), ACIR Collection Service, All Regional Directors and Revenue District Officers Pursuant to Executive Order No. 132 dated October 26, 1993 developing some collection functions to the field offices, the signing of warrants of distraint, levy and/or garnishment and notice of tax lien for delinquent accounts are hereby delegated to the following officials during the transition period as follows: casia Functions From To a) P50,000 and below ACIR Collection Rev.
