February 4, 1992 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 08-92 SUBJECT : Amendments to Revenue Memorandum OrderNo.27-91 which Prescribes the Raffle of Sales Invoices and Receipts TO : All Internal Revenue Officers and Others Concerned In view of the budgetary constraint which delayed the implementation of RMO No. 27-91, item III.1 of Revenue Memorandum Order No. 27-91 dated August 12, 1991, is hereby amended as follows: "III. SPECIAL RAFFLE MECHANICS 1. Sales Invoices and Receipts issued by establishments located within the abovementioned cities and municipalities starting February, 1992 to April, 1992 shall qualify for the raffle draw." aisa dc Any amendment to the period of implementation of the BIR Raffle Promo shall henceforth be approved by the Chairman of the Raffle Prize Committee.
