March 12, 1991 REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 08-91 SUBJECT : Territorial Mapping of Taxpayers and Access to Records of Cities/Municipalities Re Their Respective Reported Sales Revenues TO : All Revenue District Officers All Revenue District Officers concerned are hereby instructed to submit to the Commissioner a report about the following: 1. A list of all taxpayers engaged in business or trade falling under the jurisdiction of his Revenue District Office, showing the following information: (a) Name and address of taxpayer; (b) Tax Account Number; (c) VAT registration number (if applicable); (d) Sales revenues reported per 1989 income tax return filed. 2. Access the records of the city/municipality to enable you to include in your report their list of taxpayers not contained in our list. But indicate them properly with asterisks. 3. Compare sales revenues reported per 1989 income tax return filed with sales revenues declared for business license purposes. Your report shall be submitted to this Office not later than April 30, 1990. Compliance herewith especially the deadline for submission shall be considered a good factor in determining the performance of your Revenue District Office. acd (SGD.)JOSE U.
